The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for early February includes several arrests.
January 29th, deputies served Jackson County warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance on 26-year-old Jesse Dalton Estes of Chillicothe after he surrendered to deputies. Estes posted bond and was released.
January 31st, deputies arrested 43-year-old Janel M. Gramenz of Utica on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance. She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
February 2nd a deputy stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation at a location in Chillicothe. The stop resulted in the arrest of 24-year-old Kelsey Ryan Frisbie of Trenton for alleged Driving While Intoxicated-Drugs and Driving While Revoked/Suspended-2nd or 3rd offense. Frisbie was also arrested on a Dekalb County warrant for an alleged non-moving traffic violation. She was processed, posted bond and released.
February 2nd about 3:37 p.m. on U.S. 36 near Wheeling a deputy stopped a vehicle for 85 in a 65 and that stop resulted in the arrest of 30-year-old Ariana Marie Kelsey of St. Joseph for the alleged excessive speeding, driving while suspended/revoked-2nd offense and failure to register a motor vehicle. She was processed and released.
February 3rd a deputy was passed on U.S. 36 by an Illinois driver clocked at 97 in a 65. Fifty-seven-year-old Susan M. McMahon of Chicago was arrested for alleged excessive speed and Driving While Suspended. She posted bond and was released.
February 4th, deputies arrested 30-year-old Ryan Earl Vencill of Trenton on a court order. Vencill was sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections and held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
February 4th, 57-year-old Marie Alean Osborn of Chillicothe30-year-old on a court order and sentenced on a charge of DWI. She was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
