One accident and several arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for Friday.
In Sullivan County at about 5:40 am Friday, troopers responded to a report of a woman struck by a car on private property. The report states 39-year-old Noella Castruita Saucedo was taken to Sullivan County Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries after she was struck by a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Marc Simbi of Kirksville as he drove through a parking lot.

In Chariton County at about 11:30 am, 41-year-old Amy Burns of Bucklin was arrested for alleged no license plate, no seatbelt and on a Linn County warrant for alleged speeding. She was held at the Chariton County Jail.
In Livingston County at about 9:00 pm, Troopers arrested 30-year-old Zachary Martin of Callao and 35-year-old Elisha Walter of Macon for alleged possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no seatbelt. Martin was also arrested for alleged license plate lamp violation. Both were taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on 24 hour holds.
Early Saturday morning, Troopers in Clinton County arrested 29-year-old Kyle Fisher of Chillicothe for alleged DWI and Speeding – 95 in a 70 zone. He was taken to the Clinton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
