The tax filing season is here and you should now have all of the forms you need to begin the filing process. If that means getting all of the forms, receipts and other paperwork in a box to take to your tax professionals, make that appointment and let them do the work.

Devine says if you want to do your taxes yourself, you may be able to file for free.
He says the free file program seems to be underused.
The IRS Free File program is found on the IRS webpage, IRS.GOV. then click on “Do Your Taxes For Free.”
