A Chillicothe man was arrested by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department on a drug and weapons charge. 24-year-old William R Long of Chillicothe was arrested Tuesday evening for alleged possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm. He is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
