Chillicothe Municipal Utilities budget was approved as part of the overall budget bill Monday. CMU General Manager Jim Gillilan spoke briefly about that budget, starting with revenues.
He also talked about the expenditures.
He says that leaves surplus revenue of approximately $267,853.
