A Tina man, 43-year-old Steven C Solomon was arrested by State Troopers in Carroll County Wednesday at about 7:00 pm, on a Carroll County warrant for alleged DWI, Resisting Arrest, and Property Damage. He was taken to the Ray County Jail pending the posting of $1,500 cash-only bond.
