The Chillicothe Police Department handled 64 calls for service Monday. They include several follow-ups on investigations.
At 8:59 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a residential alarm in the 1100 block of Jackson St. The residence was found secure and the homeowner was contacted.
At 9:24 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a business alarm in the 900 block of Birch Dr. It was a false alarm
At 9:39 a.m., Officers recovered a syringe in the 1000 block of Graves St. The item was disposed of properly.
At 11:52 a.m., Officers took a report of a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash in the 700 block of Walnut St.
At 9:39 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a defiant teenager in the 300 block of Dickinson Ave. Officers contacted the guardian and teenager and the information will be forwarded to the Livingston County Juvenile Officer.
