The Chillicothe City Council will have an executive session this week for a personnel matter. Unlike the council sessions, City Administrator Darin Chappell says the executive sessions must be held in person. Chillicothe Correction Center Inmate Died
An inmate at the Chillicothe Correction Center died Saturday. The Missouri Department of Corrections released the information Monday evening, that 43-year-old Tammy Powell died at St. Lukes on the Plaza in Kansas City.
