The Livingston County Library’s adult summer reading program has begun. The theme this year is “Imagine Your Story,” and it runs through July 31st. The adult summer reading program is open to adults 18 and over.
This year’s program is a bit different due to COVID-19. All books will be logged online with a new tracking program. Each participant will set a goal of how many books they would like to read or listen to during the program. A link can be found with this story on the KCHI website. (https://tinyurl.com/yayn4bhu) Participants are also asked to download the ReaderZone app on your phone/tablet or go to https://app.readerzone.com/signup to register as a reader. Use the code “9eeeb” to join the summer reading program and then choose “LCL Adults” as your group.
You can log the books you complete directly into the app by ISBN or title. Each person who meets their personal goal will receive a completion prize at the end of the program, which is a custom LCL hardcover notebook.
There will also be weekly drawings and prizes for community businesses and organizations.
