Wright Memorial Hospital and Hedrick Medical Center COVID-19 testing numbers for the past week was 178 new tests, for a total of 1249 as of June 8th.
The local totals to date include:
Wright Memorial has tested 328 (228 from Grundy County, 54 from Mercer County, 46 from other counties)
Hedrick has tested 921 (524 Livingston County residents, 145 from Grundy County, 32 from Mercer County, 220 from other counties)
Beginning this Wednesday (June 10th), a drive-through testing sit will open in Grundy County. The location is the Green Hills Medical Clinic, at 3300 E 10th Street in Trenton. The new Trenton drive-thru clinic will operate Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. Drive-thru testing for COVID-19 is available to all residents in the region who meet testing criteria and who obtain a provider order from a health care provider prior to arriving at the testing site.
To be tested at the drive-thru clinic, individuals must have any new symptom, including but not limited to:
Fever of 100 degrees or higher
Loss of smell or taste
Cough
Shortness of breath
Diarrhea
Sore throat
Body aches
St. Luke’s Health Systems says anyone admitted at their facilities, including Wright Memorial and Hedrick Medical Center, are tested for COVID-19.
