Twenty-one new State Troopers graduated from the Missouri Highway Patrols academy and have been assigned to Troops across the state. In the local area, there was one new Trooper assigned. Caleb L. Hirner of New London, MO. He was assigned to Zone 3 – Chariton/Linn Counties
