The Carroll County Route C project to replace culverts washed out due to flooding in May of 2019 has been delayed a week. The Missouri Department of Transportation announced the work that was planned to begin June 15th will now start June 22nd.
Contractor Gene Haile Excavating, Inc. says the road will remain closed through the construction of the two new culverts and motorists will need to continue to use an alternate route until all work is complete. The road is scheduled to re-open November 1st.
