A California, Missouri woman was arrested in Grundy County Tuesday night. State Troopers report the arrest of 52-year-old Barbara Strout at about 10:45 pm for alleged possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
