The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department announced a New Most wanted. Thirty-year-old Billy Robert Jenkins of Wheeling is wanted on a warrant for an alleged probation violation from an original conviction for distribution, delivery, or manufacture of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $20,000 cash.
Jenkins is described as a white male, 5 foot 9 inches tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
