The annual bids for the Chillicothe R-II School Board were reviewed and approved at this week’s meeting. The bids include:
The Milk bid was awarded to Prairie Farms, the same company that had the contract for the 2019/20 school year.
The School Board also considered the bid for “fuel.” That contract was awarded to MFA Oil and includes gas, diesel, motor oil, transmission fluid, antifreeze and DEF. Fuel prices are based on the pump price, minus the federal tax and a 5 cent discount. Most of the prices were down from last year.
