A mower accident in Linn County left a Marceline man with moderate injuries. State Troopers report 67-year-old John Polson was westbound and ran off the right side of the road with the mower. He traveled down an embankment and the mower came to an abrupt stop. Polson was taken to Pershing Memorial Hospital and later flown to University Hospital in Columbia.
