The annual Tax Rate Hearing for the Chillicothe R-II School District will be held prior to the regular School Board meeting on August 18th. Superintendent Dan Wiebers says the rate presented to the school board will be $4.7176 per $100 valuation.
Wiebers talked about the amount that will be collected and how it will be used.
The Tax Rate Hearing will be August 18th at 5:45 pm. The public is welcome to attend the hearing and comment. The tax rate will be set during the regular meeting
