One arrest and several investigations are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Thursday
9:28 am, Officers arrested a 33-year-old in the 800 block of Jackson Street on two warrants. They include a Livingston County Warrant for DWI – Persistent Offender and a Chillicothe Municipal Warrant for Failure to Appear on Charge of No Insurance. The person was released on bond.
10:56 am, Complaint of a motorcycle driven in a careless and imprudent manner, northbound on Washington by Simpson Park. Officer located the motorcycle in a parking lot in the 1900 block of N. Washington and spoke with the driver.
1:33 pm, Officers checked a report of an individual drinking alcoholic beverage inside a vehicle in the 1300 block of N. Washington Street. The person was contacted in the 200 block of N. Washington Street. The officer determined the person was not intoxicated.
6:17 pm, Reported disturbance in the 300 block of Cherry Street. They found it was an argument between relatives and a door was slammed shut causing the door glass to break. No arrests made.
8:06 pm, Officers checked a report of possible illegal burning near Clay and Reynard Streets. The Officers found the fire was within regulations.
