A Trenton man had minor injuries in a single-vehicle accident on US 69 near Altamont. The accident happened about 6:05 am as 31-year-old Jeremy Reed of Trenton was westbound and ran off the right side of the roadway. Reed overcorrected and ran off the left side of the roadway and struck an embankment, totaling the vehicle. Reed was not wearing a safety belt and was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton for treatment of minor injuries.
