State Troopers report three arrests in the area counties Monday.
At about 5:50 pm in Clinton county, Troopers arrested 25-year-old Brittany Hand of Cameron following a single-vehicle accident that left her with minor injuries. Hand was arrested for alleged DWI with drugs, possession of marijuana, careless and imprudent driving, no valid plates, and no insurance. She was taken to Liberty Hospital and released. The accident happened on Highway 33 near Lathrop.
Two Illinois residents were arrested in Linn County at about 6:50 pm. 21-year-old Alyssa Moriconi of Chatham, IL and 21-year-old Christopher Wonch of Alton, ILL were arrested for alleged delivery of a controlled substance – Marijuana and THC. Wonch was also charged with alleged delivery of a controlled substance – Cocaine. They were both held at the Macon County Jail.
