An accident with a farm tractor left a Sumner resident with serious injuries Wednesday morning. State Troopers report 61-year-old Gregory Dougherty of Sumner was attempting to jump-start a tractor. The tractor was still in gear at the time and began to move and Dougherty was run over. He was taken to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.
