Chillicothe – Sales Tax Revenues UP!

Revenues for the City of Chillicothe were discussed as part of the finance workshop and the council was told the Sales Tax Revenues are up for the fiscal year compared to the budget.  City Administrator Darin Chappell says the city is doing very well despite the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Chappell says Chillicothe even has a couple of new businesses.

The city’s fiscal year begins April 1st, so Chillicothe is at the 5-month mark in the year.
