The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department added two men to their Most Wanted list – Franklin A Holcomb and Tyler Roy Summers.
Tyler Roy Simmers of Villa Ridge, MO is wanted for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of Harassment. Summers is described as a white male, 25 years old, 5 foot 10 inches tall, 230 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Franklin A Holcomb of Gallatin is wanted on a warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of non-support – in excess of 12 monthly payments. His bond is set at $5,000. Holcomb is described as a white male, 38 years old, 125 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
