Chillicothe Police responded to 86 calls for service Monday. Some of the calls include:
6:20 am, Officers out in the 1100 block of Walnut Street on report of trespassing. Officers contacted the person and advised him to leave. He left without incident.
1:50 pm, Officers out at US 36 and 65 Junction checking on semi that had rolled over. The trailer was loaded with PVC pipe. No injuries were reported.
2:30 pm, Officers responded to a business located at 1482 North Washington Street for a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later found and is at KCPD Tow Lot. The investigation continuing.
4:11 pm, Officers responded to 500 block of Clay Street on a report of a runaway juvenile from Virginia. Officers made contact with two juveniles and transported them to the police department where Juvenile Authorities were contacted and they were transported to a secure facility in Kirksville, MO.
7:16 pm, Officers monitored the area of the South Junction for a stolen vehicle reported westbound on US 36. The vehicle passed through the junction while pursued by Livingston County Deputy. Several attempts were made by agencies to spike the tires but were unsuccessful. The vehicle was able to ultimately elude officers in the area around St. Joseph.
