Troopers Arrest Texas Man In Daviess County
A Texas man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Monday morning. At about 5:50 am, Troopers arrested 19-year-old Franko Rodriguez of San Antonio for alleged DWI, leaving the scene of a crash, and possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
