The annual 55 & Go “I Will Donate a Good Winter Coat” campaign is underway. The 55 & Go center is collecting New or Gently Used coats of all sizes. Director Patty Mefford says they are very low on coats to give this year.
They are again partnering with: Area Schools, Livingston County Health Center, Operation Help, Safe Haven Center, and the Community Resource Center.
The program makes coats available to children and adults in need.
If you have a good winter coat to donate, they may be brought to the 55 & Go center, at 440 Locust Street, just south of the main library. If you have questions, call 646-0010.
