The Bishop Hogan Middle School basketball team played Grundy County R-IV Panthers on Tuesday night at Galt. The Bishop Hogan girls defeated the Panthers 46 to 17. Scoring for Bishop Hogan were Lyla Beetsma with 21 points, Carmen Woodworth with 10, Ava Leamer with 8, Delaney Webb with 4, and Tyra Cranmer with 2.
The Grundy County Panthers defeated Bishop Hogan boys in a close contest, 28 to 27. Scoring for Bishop Hogan were Jaydin Kohl with 12 points, Noah Rinehart with 5, 4 points each for Oliver Perry and Jack Marshall, and 2 points for Brenton Ralls.
