The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department will transport seven people to the Missouri Department of Corrections to begin serving sentences or for treatment. They include:
49-year-old Jon Ralston of Independence, sentenced to 5 years for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
43-year-old Shawn Weers of Paola, KS, sentenced to 4 years for Driving While his License is Revoked.
22-year-old Jesse Brock of Rothville, sentenced to 5 years for Stealing.
34-year-old Patrick Cox of McFall, sentenced to a CODS Program for Violation of a protection order.
56-year-old Terry Henry of Cowgill, sentenced to 7 years for DWI.
35-year-old Truitt Caudill of Wheeling, sentenced to 3 years for Receiving Stolen Property.
61-year-old Charles Barber of Polo, sentenced to 4 years for Sex offender physically present or loitering within 500 feet of a park with a playground.
They will be transported at the earliest opportunity.
