A westbound vehicle on US 36 was checked by Livingston County Deputies Thursday night at 99 in a 65 zone. The vehicle fled from the deputy to well over 100 mph, and the deputy terminated pursuit near the west county line and the Highway Patrol picked up the pursuit at some point.
Sheriff Steve Cox says they understand spike strips were used somewhere near Cameron.
Cox says they later learned suspect vehicle license plates were reported to be on a stolen vehicle.
Arrests in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol include 36-year-old William Robertson of Kansas City Kansas for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle and 36-year-old Susan Ayala of Gladstone for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest by fleeing. Both were held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
