A Sibley, MO man was arrested by State Troopers in Livingston County Wednesday afternoon. At about 2:40 pm, Troopers arrested 38-year-old Loren Tripp for alleged possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of Drug Paraphernalia and driving without a license. Tripp was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
