Two arrests for the area counties on Monday were reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
A Cameron resident was arrested at about 5:55 pm in Clinton County. Twenty-four-year-old Alexis M Dowl was arrested on a Clinton County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a speeding charge. Dowl was also arrested for alleged no seatbelt. Dowl was taken to the Clinton County Jail pending the posting of bond.
A Braymer man was arrested at about 7:30 pm in Caldwell County. State Troopers arrested 68-year-old David A Compson of Braymer for alleged DWI – habitual offender, driving without a license – 3rd or subsequent offense, and Careless and imprudent driving. He was taken to the Caldwell County Jail.
