The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 107 calls for service Monday. Some fo the calls include:
1:09 am, Officers responded to 105 N. Herriford for a reported burglary. They determined no burglary occurred. It was a civil issue.
11:34 am, Officers took a report of theft of license plate and winch from a vehicle. The incident is believed to have occurred in St. Joseph.
11:40 am, Officers checked a report of someone banging on a door in the 1200 block of Third Street. The incident was resolved by Officers.
12:18 pm, An individual came to the Police Department and turned themselves in on an active warrant. They were unable to post bond and was taken to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail.
2:45 pm, officers investigated possible harassment in the 1000 block of Graves Street. Officers spoke with the parties involved.
Officers assisted the fire department in attempting to locate a fire in the 700 block of Clay Street. No fire was found.
9:29 pm, Report of two dogs running loose and one dragging a chain at Third and Walnut Streets. Officers unable to locate.
10:00 pm, Officers assisting in looking for dog that jumped out of vehicle window. Unable to locate the dog.
