A subdivision of a lot in the Chillicothe industrial park that was approved by the Chillicothe Board of Adjustment in 2000 was approved by the City Council Monday. City Attorney Robert Cowherd says the changes were somehow overlooked.
Cowherd says Bond Cold Storage is looking to sell the lot 2 portion and it wasn’t recorded with the changes. The Chillicothe City Council approved the changes on a vote of 5-0.
