The direction of the Chillicothe Street Program remains unclear after two discussions about an assessment presented to the City Council. City Administrator Darin Chappell says discussions will continue in another workshop Tuesday, January 19th, at 5:30 pm.
Chappell says the council also needs to decide how big a program they want to start.
A multi-year approach could allow the city to attract more bidders and lower pricing for the project. It could also reduce the time needed to complete all of the streets and bring them up to an acceptable level.
