Updating of the mapping for the 911 system received approval by the Chillicothe City Council Monday. Geo-Comm will update the mapping software at a cost of $51,170 for a five-year contract. Dispatch Supervisor Cindy Hanavan told the Council about the upgrade.
The council approved the contract on a 4-0 vote.
