Both of Chillicothe’s varsity basketball teams are in action today in the Cameron Tournament. The Chillicothe Hornet Boys team will play in the consolation game in the Cameron small gym at 11:30 this morning. Chillicothe lost to Maryville in the first round and beat KC Northeast on Thursday.
The Hornets will face Cameron, which edged past Lawson 49 to 47 Friday night.
The Chillicothe Lady Hornets will play for the Championship. Chillicothe upset #2 seed Smithville in the semi-finals while Maryville beat Cameron in the semi-finals. Maryville was led by two players each with 19 points. The girls championship game begins at 1:00 today.

Other boys games today are Maryville vs Smithville for the championship, Battle of Columbia vs Benton for 3rd and KC Northeast vs Lawson for boys 7th place game.
