Three appointees for the Coordinating Board for Higher Education were confirmed by the State Senate to fill three vacancies. The three include: Anne-Marie Clarke of St. Louis, Hollie Elliot of Fair Grove and Trenton resident, Phil Hoffman, Hoffman is the manager of the Hoffman Reed Corporation, a retail Ag Product distributor. He has served on various boards and attended what is now North Central Missouri College before earning his bachelor’s degree in agriculture and his master’s in agronomy at the University of Missouri.
