The concrete bid for Chillicothe’s Sidewalk Program was approved by the Council Monday. City Administrator Darin Chappell says the Sidewalk Program assists residents in repairing sidewalks on their property.
Chappell says the sidewalks are the property owner’s responsibility.
The bid approved by the council was from Penny Concrete for $112.15 per cubic yard. The vote was 4/0 with Councilman Albertson abstaining.
