Sheriff’s Office Incidents and Arrests

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reported several recent arrests.

March 14th, deputies assisted the Missouri Highway Patrol and Chillicothe Police was a disruptive customer at a gas station.  The man was angry his fuel card was not working and refused to leave the business.  The man refused to identify himself and was eventually identified by his fingerprints.  He was not wanted and was escorted off the property.

March 13th a deputy was in Wheeling and spotted a vehicle with the driver known to not have a license.  They stopped the vehicle on US 36 and arrested 53-year-old Ezra Alexis Eads of Wheeling for alleged Driving While Revoked.  Eads was processed and released.

March 13th a deputy stopped a vehicle on LIV 233 following a report of a careless and imprudent driver.  They arrested 26-year-old Lane Michael Clark of Chillicothe for alleged Driving While Intoxicated with drugs.  He was processed and released.

March 16th Deputies arrested 62-year-old Ronald Edward Morris of Chillicothe at the Livingston County Courthouse.  The arrest was by order of the Judge for Contempt of Court.  The Judge sentenced Morris to 2 days in jail for contempt for intentionally lying to the court.  Morris was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
