A Brookfield man faces charges of alleged sodomy and sexual misconduct with a younger family member. Twenty-three-year-old Cody L Munsterman faces the charges for incidents that occurred in 2014, when the child was 10 years old and he was 17. Munsterman is held at the Chariton County Jail with bond set at $50,000. He will have another bond hearing on April 8th
A Bucklin man faces two counts of alleged statutory sodomy with a child under the age of 14. Twenty-five-year-old Jaren T Hooten is in custody and held with no bond allowed. The court record lists Hooten as a flight risk. A bond hearing will be held on April 8th.
