Several arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for the local area.
Saturday in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 29-year-old Neil Dodd of Cameron at about 9:47 pm for alleged driving while revoked and warrants that include speeding from Caldwell County, and from Cameron – resisting arrest, animal cruelty, and an animal license violation. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Sunday in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 29-year-old Anthony Wayman of Kearney at about 7:30 pm for alleged DWI and driving while revoked. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
Also on Sunday, Troopers in Caldwell County arrested 17-year-old Doniven Kitchin of Chillicothe at about 2:17 am for alleged DWI with drugs – with a person under 17 in the vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid license, and speeding – 86 in a 65 zone. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
