Recording artist and recent inductee in the Grand Ol’ Opry, Rhonda Vincent will be in Chillicothe April 17th. Chillicothe Area Arts Council Director Mary Lou VanDeventer the first show, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm is sold out and they are taking reservations for a second show from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
