A Columbia woman was arrested by State Troopers in Carroll County. Forty-one-year-old Andrea McKown was arrested Thursday at about 4:45 pm for alleged filing a false report, hindering the prosecution, and on a probation and parole warrant. She was taken to the Chariton county jail with no bond allowed.
