Four arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for the area counties.
Monday evening, Troopers arrested 19-year-old Aaron Byrd of Witchita for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. No injuries were reported in the crash. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
In Grundy County, Troopers arrested 31 year old Derek Baker of Trenton as a fugitive from out-of-state on charges of alleged 5 counts of possession of child pornography. He was held at the Grundy County Jail with no bond allowed.
Troopers in Linn County reported two arrested. 34-year-old Joseph Barton and 21-year-old Emalee Seiger, both of Clarence, MO, were arrested on warrants. Seiger was arrested on a warrant for alleged probation violation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. . Barton was arrested on a Shelby County warrant for alleged possession of amphetamine. They were both taken to the Macon County Jail pending the posting of bond.
