The Missouri Department of Transportation has two culvert replacements scheduled this week on Route U in Sullivan County.
Today, local maintenance crews will close Route U between Route C and Shelby Road from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The second closure will be Thursday. As the road will be closed between Terrace Road and Vickers Road from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. During the closures, motorists will need to use an alternate route.
