A Chillicothe Police Officer returning from active duty in the Military for nearly a year returned to Chillicothe today (Thursday). Chillicothe Police Chief Jon Maples says they welcome home Officer Jeff Allen.
Maples says they look forward to Officer Allen’s return. He will have a refresher before he returns to duty with the department.
