The Missouri Highway Patrol reported one arrest in the area counties Friday. Troopers in Daviess County arrested 44-year-old Stephanie Everley of Kansas City at about 7:45 pm on a Clay County warrant for a license plate violation. She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
