One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident near Hamilton Friday evening. The Missouri State High Patrol says the crash occurred Friday at 5:20 pm on Westbound 36 two miles west 0f Hamilton. A car driven by 61-year-old Brad James of Kidder was in the driving lane and a Semi was in the passing lane driven by a 41-year-old from Lousiana when the semi and was overtaking the James vehicle when the James vehicle merged into the passing lane and struck the semi, running off the roadway into the median before coming to a stop. James was taken to the Cameron hospital with minor injuries.
