Work at the intersection of Third and Hickory has been postponed. The Chillicothe Street Department planned to close the intersection at Third St and Hickory St today for street repair weather permitting. Street Superintendent Jeff Gilespie says the work will now begin on June 1st. The project will include shutting down the intersection around 6:30 am and it will be closed until the project is completed.
The Chillicothe Street Crew will tear out old asphalt and broken up concrete and replacing that with new concrete. If you have any questions feel free to call the street department at (660)-646-3811.
