The Livingston County 4H and FFA Fair will officially run July 9th to the 17th, this includes set-up and the annual Truck and Tractor Pull.
Prior to the official start of the fair, there are a couple of events that will take place. They include:
July 5th at 6:00 pm is the Archery Shoot out near the Litton Pond
July 6th are the Firearms events starting at 6:00 pm. These include the BB/Pellet and Small Bore Shoot, Muzzleloader, and Western Heritage. The firearms events will be held at the Beck Farm.
Friday, July 9th, at 6:30 pm is the Truck and Tractor Pull
Saturday is the set-up beginning at 8:00 am, the Fashion Revue is at 11:30 and the Queen interviews are at 1:00.
Sunday is the Shotgun Shoot at 8:00 am.
4:00 pm is the Fair Royalty Coronation, followed by the style show and the Shooting Sports awards ceremony.
Animal events will begin Monday, July 12th, with the Broiler Chicken check-in at 8 and the show at 9.
Achievement Night judging begins at 6:00 pm, as well as the Ham Judging and the Junior Helper Judging.
Tuesday:
Poultry check-in begins at 6:00 am, Rabbit check-in at 7:00, the Breeding swine arrive at 8:00.
The Poultry show starts at 9, Breeding Swine Show at 1:00
Market Swine check-in at 5:00 pm
Wednesday:
Rabbit Show at 7:00 am, Sheep, Goat and Beef check-in at 8:00
Market Swine Show at 1:00
Horse check-in at 4:00 and show at 5:30
Thursday:
Goat Show at 8:00, followed by Dairy Goats and Sheep
1:00 is the Dairy Show, Breeding Cattle and Feeder Calves in that order
3:00 is the Steer Show
Friday:
Bucket Calf Show at 9:00
The Livingston County 4H and FFA Fair wraps up Friday at 7:00 pm with the Market Animal Sale.
